Lawrence (Lon) Kersting, Owner/President

Mr. Kersting provides services in general contracting, owner's representation, cost analysis, constructability review, conceptual estimating, construction management, and construction claims analysis. Mr. Kersting has over 31 years experience in the industrial, commercial, and residential construction arenas.

Mr. Kersting has performed in a number of different capacities in the construction industry from Project Engineer, Superintendent, Project Manager, Operations Manager, to President and Owner of a commercial construction company. Mr. Kersting has extensive experience in conceptual estimating, scheduling, production analysis, project management, and construction-related claims.

The types of work that Mr. Kersting has been involved with have included Silo Storage, Hotels, Retail Shopping Centers, High-End Residential Projects, Ski Resort Projects, Office Buildings, Detention Facilities, and Churches. Mr. Kersting holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.

Don Owens, Project Manager/Estimator

Mr. Owens serves as a Project Manager, Estimator and LEED AP for LM Kersting Construction Company. Mr. Owens has over 34 years experience in the government, commercial and residential arenas.

Mr. Owens has performed in a number of different capacities in the construction industry from Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, LEED AP, Quality Control Systems Manager, Field Superintendent to President and Owner of a commercial construction company.

Mr. Owens has extensive experience in project management, LEED documentation, estimation, scheduling, safety and quality control management, project superintendence. The types of work that Mr. Owens has been involved with have included the construction of custom homes, restaurants, hospitals, pharmacies, mail centers, schools, bridges, high-rise apartments, historic renovations and more.
